Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official email or through the website.
- The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered for processing.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If cancellation is confirmed on or before 15th September 2026, 75% of the registration fees will be refunded.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- All eligible refunds will be processed only after the completion of the conference.
- Refund processing may take additional time depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through bank transfer, as determined by the organizers.
5. Deductions
- Applicable processing fees, gateway charges, and taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Non-Transferability
- Registration fees are non-transferable unless approved by the organizing committee under exceptional circumstances.
7. No-Show Policy
- No refunds will be provided for registered participants who do not attend the event.
8. Event Cancellation by Organizers
- In the event of cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will communicate refund or adjustment policies accordingly.
