2. Eligibility for Registration
- Registration is open to qualified medical professionals, students, and other approved categories as defined by the organizing committee.
- The organizers reserve the right to verify credentials and deny or cancel registrations that do not meet eligibility criteria.
3. Registration Confirmation
- Registration will be considered confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation email.
- Delegates are advised to retain proof of payment and confirmation for future reference.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
- All registration fees are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizers.
- Payments must be made through the official website using the integrated payment gateway.
- Any transaction charges, taxes (including GST), or bank fees will be borne by the participant.
5. Modification or Cancellation of Event
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural calamities, government regulations, or force majeure events.
- In such cases, liability will be limited to the extent of registration fees collected.
6. Delegate Substitution
- Requests for substitution of delegates may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee.
7. Code of Conduct
- All delegates are expected to maintain professional and ethical behaviour throughout the event.
- Any misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
8. Intellectual Property & Media Consent
- All conference materials, presentations, and content are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded. Such media may be used for promotional and academic purposes by the organizers.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event.
- Participants attend at their own risk.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
